He regularly advises banks, financial institutions, NBFCs and corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions, including project and infrastructure finance, structured lending, debt capital market transactions and restructuring mandates.

His experience includes large-scale financing transactions across infrastructure and renewable energy projects, with a focus on loan structuring, documentation, security creation and regulatory compliance. His practice also covers stressed assets, debt restructuring and the enforcement of security interests.

Sudha Koloti has over 27 years of experience in banking and finance, commercial litigation, dispute resolution and corporate advisory. She regularly advises and represents banks, financial institutions, NBFCs and ARCs in litigation, legal audits and transaction documentation.

She appears before High Courts, Debts Recovery Tribunals, District and Sessions Courts, Consumer Forums and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. Her core areas of practice include banking and commercial litigation, criminal litigation, intellectual property rights and real estate transactions.

Amol Bavare brings over 25 years of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution and corporate advisory. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT, DRTs, SEBI, Consumer Forums and other judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, and has represented clients in domestic and international arbitrations.

His practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, construction contracts, shareholders' agreements, real estate and infrastructure transactions and banking and commercial transactions, as well as matters involving corporate frauds, economic offences, securities law violations and banking frauds.
